There's a nice house with a ton of plusses specifically for sale for cheap (for the area).

It suffered a fuel grease spill in 2003, and I assume have been boarded up since later.

What is there to know give or take a few this? I have never hear of fuel spills in homes. Is the property a write bad? How much would it take to bring it subsidise to be liveable?

Steer clear or consider it?
Answers:    Here is a link to the Wisconsin Dept of Health. If you can bring a good satisfactory price to offset the verbs up costs, it may very ably be worth considering.

I've never heard of anyone basically boarding up a house like that. Usually the cleanup take place shortly after the spill so you may have a problem near the odor permeating the house.
