Answers:    You entail to strip the top and back stale the washer.If the drum has dropped, it could be the bearing have gone.
Not a costly available job if you are mechanically minded and enjoy a few basic tools, but the cost of repair by a craftsman might propose a new mechanism would be cheaper.

You may have to clutch off the top, they are usually fixed from
