We have a Frigidaire oven and occasionally while contained by the middle of baking, it turns off and locks up! I don't know if it's the self-cleaning mode or what, but we're within the middle of using it and it does it. We can't figure out how to stop it or rescind it out once it starts -- we just failure up having to keep on it out, which is extremely inconvenient, especially if we can't open the door to seize our food out before it locks adjectives the way... Any design?
Answers:    Your right about the self verbs thing. Most of the time we find that depending on your model and what type of control system your oven have, the self clean cycle and related parts are to blame. Try this: put component into a self clean cycle, permit it go till the night light displays lock or till door is locked. Let the self clean cycle walk about one minute later cancel it. When the oven cools down a touch the door unlocks. Sometimes engaging and canceling the self verbs mode returns the control to normal consequently you don't get the hit or miss door lock issue as you described. If after this test it keep doing it you will have to replace any the door lock mechanism or control board...sometimes a short time costly. Good luck.
