My mate has told me that her roof have leaked slightly and is leak into her bedroom and lounge BUT she wont get anything done. I've suggested for the Dutch auction of her property that she claims on her insurance but she says she'll hang about until ashe has the money to hold repairs done which could take months! What would you do if you be her?
