Fridge Problem? Everything in my refridgerator freezes up (including ice designer and water filter)....

Everything in my refridgerator freezes up (including ice designer and water filter). It started doing this at the factory settings, so we turned the cold controls all the process down and finally got things moving, but now the rime is partially thawing. It also seem the top of the fresh food side freezes quicker than the bottom. I think this all started after our power be turned back on. (I don't know what that would have to do near it. Could just be coincidence)"
I surely does nouns like the fan is not running. Open the freezer and listen for it. Replacing the aficionado is about a 3 on a 10-scale. Does the fan run? Is it within a room that changes temperture widely?

Nope, it's probably not coincidence. Sounds close to the temp gague got disturbed when the appliance lost power. Possibly got a surge - significantly rare fro a fridge but it happened to my GE Side by Side. It started freezing things within the fresh bin, not coolong near the top, the in-door ice dispenser dripped, and the freezer wasn't freezing as complicated. A couple of things had happened: the thermostat get fried and one of the fans was sticking. Fortunately, it be less than a year old and I get warranty service - ONLY for several related things to keep going wrong with it on & bad. If the fridge is relatively new & you own it, call within warranty service. If it's very old, you might stipulation to seek a replacement. If you rent, tell the home lord it's causing your food to ruin - they should replace it. I am not sure that I understand the problem
correctly, but check this site and see if you can spot your problem -

Answers:    I think the little motor may hold fried when the power came back on. It may economically be stuck open. Its controled by the refrigerator control knob at the top of the refrigerator compartment. Try turning that control and see if there's any difference in airflow.
