I HAVE A KENMORE SIDE BY SIDE WITH DOOR ICE AND WATER, WE CHANGED THE FILTER, AND THE WATER STILL TASTE BAD AS DOES THE ICE. CAN I CLEAN THE LINES OUT SOMEHOW ? WATER FROM WALL TASTE FINE, BUT WHEN IT RUNS THRU FRIDGE, IT'S NASTY.

Most refrigerator water supply and rime makers own a small plastic storage tank - if in attendance was cruel tasting hose in within, it will continue to deliver that marine until a gallon or two of freshly filtered hose runs through and flushes most of the bad stuff out.

Of course the rime in the bin will still be from the doomed to failure tasting marine as well, so toss it out and start making contemporary ice after you run a gallon or so out the hose dispenser.

Answers:    I know this will sound strange but it all ways works...Unplug refer emptie....after clean verbs clean.......once the refer and freezer is thaw out and the bad smell is gone the desperate taste will also be gone.
