I have a gas warmness in my home, when I go to turn the heat up, it didn't come on, but my nouns condition comes on....I finally messed with it adequate and it started working, but my question is.....is it the thermostat......or thermal coupler??? and why do you enunciate.......Thanks alot!

Answers:    it may have be in the a/c position, and you turned it to steam,
and yes there is a thermo coupler, but explicitly where the pilot wispy is,
may have be the thrmostat wasn,t set right,
as long as you got it going,
