okay i found a mobile home on 5 acres for a really really cheap price.
But it needs:
Plumbing
Water
Electric ( the electric company will rewire it and everything within order to do electric for no additonal )
Hot Water Tank
How much do you assume it would cost for all of that or if you coupld break it down for me.
3 bedroom 2 tub mobile home
everything used to work in it but no longer after sitting and vandalize.

Get two or three free estimates and then choose the one you similar to best. There are some companies that remodel Mobile homes only. Look for these companies too.
In our city, a unusual three bedroom/two bath Mobile home can cost as much as $50,000. I touch sure you could have adjectives this done, plus check the roof, for next to nil. Check it out first.
buy the property and scrap the mobile home and get hold of another or build a house or order a tentative modular
