What brand??? If it is a Kenmore/Whirlpool it will have a small rubber coupler located between the motor and the nouns. This is a bit much to describe online and may not neccessarily be considered a do it yourself project. It is not difficult if you know what you are doing. If you pull the element out and look under it you will see a small pile of black rubber particle, that is the sign of a unpromising coupler. If it's not either of thesis brands I would have to know what brand it is.
