Last year my the hot water worked intermittantly. When the plot came it worked!!! Now the hot dampen won't come on unless the gas jet/central heating is on or I swithch the boiler past its sell-by date and on. Also the jets don't stay on for long so the house isn't highly warm. Finally the timer doesn't work properly and the heat is always on. Any accepted wisdom as to the problem(s)?
Answers: 99% of the time its the flow sensors that are at fault.Get them replaced,its a straightforward and cheap assignment to have them renewed.create sure the engineer is corgi registered.

You enjoy a gauze filter on the cold water pipe explicitly connected to your boiler. It is the pipe that is usually subsequent to the one that is for your hot hose. Turn off your cold hose main release cold water entry pipe into the boiler (15mm pie) and verbs the water filter.
