Faucet fiddle with frozen to stem after removing the screw. Calcium and time hold cause this. How to remove??
Go to a hardware store & buy a faucet handle puller.
If you hold a pair of channelock pliers you can use them to gently rock the knob off. You may want to tape the jaws to prevent mischief to the handle. the handle pullers work great, if you hold a lubricant such as hilcolube or wd-40 i would try amd spraying this on the handle you will have a better opening of pulling it off
