350 square foot freestanding workshop about fifty foot from main house wants to be wired for electrical (from scratch).

Will need bright electrical panel, installation of 4 overhead lights, and at least five electrical outlets for workshop machinery (not large duty). One outlet will be dedicated to a skylight A/C unit contained by summer and shop heat within winter.

I realise you can't make a surefire estimate without seeing the property, but it will be a couple of weeks previously I can schedule an electrician to make a contribution me a real estimate, and so I'm asking about my project here basically for a price range so I can reckon about financing.

Thank you, any electricans/hand citizens that respond!
Answers:    For electrical figure $100 an hour labor thats $1600 after materials cost and permit will run around $1300 hold in mind that labor prices modify with the contractor so it will be more or smaller amount. Average cost........$2000 to $3000 depending where you are.
Ok I muse that you should put at least a space contained by the new panel for 220 volts and 30 amps. You may want it some light of day welder dryer hotwater heater? They will own to get a voucher which you will need for resale and insurance purposes. You will necessitate extra grounding rods at the new panel. After it is adjectives over the romex will have to be covered to close the receipt. I would say you may be looking at 2 days labor (16hours labor) and make the addition of $500. for material. Let me know how far stale I am.
