Answers: Not really. In most cases you aren't working on hot circuits. There is a lockout/tagout procedure, where the circuit is de-energized and a lock is placed on the disconnect to assure that not a soul turns it on.
On the rare occasion where you must work on a hot circuit, a upright electrician should know where not to touch. We other work with volt/ohm meters to double check if a circuit is energized.
