I reset the fuse box in the underground store, as well as the outlets buttons surrounded by my house.
What can you advise that I should do to fix the problems.
Answers:    I am assuming that by "outlet buttons" you show the reset switch on a Ground Fault receptacle. Since this is in a living room, it is probably not on a ground shortcoming circuit. The most likely make happen is that the outlets are wired to a switch somewhere, and either that switch have been turned sour, or someone has rewired the switch incorrectly, or someone have rewired the switch for some other use (like an overhead light).

If the outlets WERE working before, and suddenly aren't, you could own a loose wire somewhere. Many times wall outlets are wired together from one outlet to the subsequent in a daisy-chain fad. If that is the armour, carefully check the closest working outlet on any side, to see if there is a line loose. Best to do this with the power rotten, just surrounded by case.

Sometimes the wall outlets may be wired to a ceiling fixture. Check for a loose nouns there if the previous step doesn't reveal anything.
Remove the cover plate and receptacle meticulously to see if they are wired, if so these outlets may be controlled by a switch some where within your living room, or could have be removed from a circuit sometime in reno previously. In any luggage if you feel discomfited call an electrician shouldn't be much cost of late to troubleshoot.
