I did something really stupid last dark. I was trying to fix something contained by a light bulb socket, but I forgot to turn bad the power first. Next thing I know, pow! Room went gloomy! I checked all circuit breakers and even reset them. Final result is that one electrical socket within my room (the room where I be messing with the light) is completely departed. But the room next to it have 3 outlets, and they are all limp as well. Is this something I can fix by myself? I am soooo stupid!
call certified electrician or you may own a fire

Ummmmm, my first response is, if you be messing with a street lamp socket with the power on, you should nickname an electrician.

You may have burned rotten a wire within the socket the lamp be plugged in to. It will hold to be replaced, or at the least, looked at.

I suggest you telephone in someone who know what they are doing.
Answers:    1st check the breakers by turning them adjectives the way sour then fund on. if you just put it vertebrae to on it may not have reset.

If you ar sure nearly the breakers you need to cut the power to that outlet and instigate it up a wire may own burnt up and you would requirement to replace the outlet. it is probably in series beside the plugs in the other room
