Answers:    The tie up has an adjuster on it. It looks close to a bolt with a nut on one bring to a close. You need to lug up the slack in the secure, do NOT fool around with the spring coils !!!

There should be an adjustment to tighten the secure.... some have an layabout, others you have to move the motor assembly... usually 4 bolts... loosen .... adjust until the fasten is tight and re tighten. If that doesn't work, it may be time to replace the chain.
