thank for all your proposal from yesterdays post about the dryer vent.. i took it adjectives apart and no bockage.. but when i went outside i saw that it is man held almost closed by a long rod.. i guess the LL did this so that birds and lil animals dont climb in nearby..QUESTION IS: Does that restricted flow slow down the drying abilities of the dryer?? the outsde vent flap is singular able to flap to consent to air out in the order of 1/2 inch maybe 3/4. instead of have a freeflowing flap.. if i take that pin out will it work better?

Answers:    yes, and you'll burn the dryer up if it's not able to breath. they get dryer vents next to wire surrounded by them to prevent varmints from moving in. stir to home depot or lowes.

Yep. put some chicken wire over the vent rather to prevent birds from getting in. The flap should close though when not within use and that should work fine. Make sure you keep it verbs too.
