I just moved into a house. The internal heat and nouns unit is 2 years old-fashioned. The name on the thermostat inside is honeywell and it also say heat pump on it. it sounds like you hold a heat pump and the condenser enthusiast moter is not working. i would appointment someone to test it and find out for sure
