I got up this morning to find one of the bedroom radiators leak. I found a hole in one of the radiators. Can the radiator be repaired or do I enjoy to buy a new one. It is leak bad and I own to keep a dish underneath it to stop the dripping water. I am empty the dish every hour. The house downstairs was flooded this morning so it must enjoy happened after I go to bed at around 11:00 pm. I have phone a plumber who is too busy to come out at the moment. What can I do surrounded by the mean time?

Answers:    The radiator have rusted through. It needs to be replaced. The probability are that your other radiators are approaching the end of their lives as ably and you'll need to replace the lot.

If the plumber is too busy, ring round and find another one. There are plenty in the region of (don't worry if he solitary speaks Polish - you can fix radiators in any language)
