Does adding up household ammonia speed exterior latex paint drying time?

SURE, and you can use water also. Anything that thins the paint will manufacture it dry faster. Not much coverage but dries quick.

God, NO. Latex dries to touch within an hour, how efficient do you want the pant to dry? If its not drying within 3 hours, afterwards you have a problem beside the paint, (if its a really dark color, the creature who tinted it put too much in merely 12oz in a gallon within a deep dais, anything over that, the risk of paint will not dry) or its really damp and humid contained by your house? (that will take alot longer to dry, use a devotee, ventilation help the paint to dry, not heat)

Good luck
Answers:    No, and I wonder where you get the idea from.
