I moved into the house after my partner, my partner didnt get a contract as the manager was a friend. However, the hotelier regularly enters the garden and shed lacking warning or authority, he has also vanished letters threatening eviction if near is any mess. i found him in the shed soon, he said it needed cleaning out and he would be back to check, however even tho in attendance is a bit of stuff in near it is not damaging the property contained by any way, so does he own a right to say this? and does he own the right to enter the property at any time? he also sends maintenance general public round without prior word, to my knowledge he hasnt enter the house but do we have any rights over the rest of the property? we live contained by the UK
I know in the US, weather you enjoy a lease or not, you have rights. If you are paying to live at hand, you are a tenant.
