Looking for reviews on tank-less water heaters. I hope to achieve one when our water boiler finally gives out (I don't believe it will be long).

Answers:    A 'tankless' will cost you about 2-21/2 times more than a standard gas hose down heater. Venting is extremely critical and expensive.
Remember that they do not provide INSTANT hot marine. Any water remaining contained by the pipes will come out first followed bu heated water.
Contact a trader that sells any Rinnai or Rheem tankless water heaters and relate them how many populace live in the house, and the number of appliances such as bathrooms, showers, sinks, hot tubs etc. They can determine the proper size component, check your house for proper venting and afford you a firm estimate.
