It has be recommended to me to install "Storm Pro Deluxe" battery hindmost up unit. This system have dual sump pumps that are working alternativley.
How much is this system going to cost?
Thank you !
Answers: You might want to investigate one of those systems that operate on your household water pressure http://www.plumbingsupply.com/water_powe... . The manifest advantage is that as long as you enjoy water pressure the backup will function, no freestyle to run down.
I put in a Wayne 12 volt backup system probably almost 10 years ago immediately. I know the battery is probably pretty capably shot but I haven't taken the time to change it out. Also the trickle charger that comes next to it in no means of access will keep up should the mobile be low and the primary pump fail even if the electric is still on. I am considering replacing the trickle charger next to a two stage charger that will supply some real amperage should the electric be on and the pump come to nothing.
My main concern is primary pump disaster not power outage but that water pressure solution that I mentioned above covers both as long as you hold water pressure a bit than until your battery runs down. If I have it to do over again I would go that route.
I bought "Ace surrounded by the hole" back up system. the utensils was around 200.00 and the battery(marine) be about 80.00. 10' stick of pvc and a few fittings, epoxy resin, and about 2 hours to install. on a scramble of 1-10, probably about an 8. Instructions be pretty easy to read and grasp.
