Do I own to buy tenant a latest stove? My tenants call me telling me that I own to buy them...

My tenants call me telling me that I own to buy them a new stove. I asked what happen. They said that the fire station had to come out because my gas queue is bad and ruined the stove.?????

Has anyone ever hear of this?

I was thinking that they caught the stove aflame but if someone is a pro at stoves (gas stove) please tell me if what they are aphorism is possible.

Thank you so much!
Answers:    I've never heard of that and it sounds similar to another stupid tenant story. I don't know where they get hold of the ideas they do. I would want to verbalize to the fire station guys so I would give them a telephone. There is also a instrument that you run over your gas lines and if there is a ooze, it screams at you so you can corner leaks. If you have a bad pipe, the fire station would be screaming because the building could blow up. I would be for asking more question. Unless someone tampered next to the stove, I doubt you can ruin it. I would start from the beginning, check adjectives gas lines and the stove, and then step from there. It sounds similar to they caught the stove on fire, most probably the oven, didn't know to close the door so the fire would move about out, panicked, call the fire department and damaged the stove themselves. In that luggage, they owe you a stove and are telling you a stupid story. By the path, I've heard this previously and the tenant had caught the oven ablaze. Good luck. It doesn't hurt to periodically check your gas lines for leaks so check out those checker thingies.
A broken gas column would not ruin a stove. Just get a bright gas line. But remember gas is perilous. If there be a fire I think you should cart in consideration the risk of it scheduled again and the loss of property or life if you do not respond properly.
