One of the Easy Set pools, the one with the metal pipes around the sides takes filter videotape A. I was wondering if I could clean the article filter? If so how? Or do I have to bite the bullet and keep replacing them?
Answers: You should be fine for something like 3 to 5 years with your filters, depending on how okay you maintain your water chemistry. Clean them when you hold a10 psi increase from clean to dirty on your filter.
To clean them, only just hose them off with wet. Be sure all of the large driftwood is off and at least once a year, soak the videotape in a cleaning solution (see your local pool store) to aid in removing some of the buildup.
You can do some rinse , and bleach things but
Ultimately , adjectives paper filters ( pool , vehicle , home HVAC )
Need to be replaced eventually .
Although probably not quite as often as manufacture would like you to .
