During the drying cycle,my dishwasher has a fundamentally hot or burning smell.I hate to use it very soon.It's been going on for several weeks.
It's a 6 year outdated Whirlpool Gold.Any ideas?

Answers:    Look for something plastic on the heat coil. That is what usually causes the smell.

I don`t know call the swirl co. and ask if there can be anything done just about it...
