We recently installed a latest dishwasher in our home. Our problem is whenever we run the dishwasher is make this awful sound (kind of similar to a foghorn) but when we turn the hot water on and bad real nippy from the sink it goes away. Anyone enjoy any ideas what it could be? We own checked the water pressure and that wasn't it. If it make any difference it is a whirlpool.
Answers: You might want to check the bindings that hold your hot river pipe to the joists contained by your house. hat sounds resembling rattling pipes. By fast turning the water on and sour, you are breaking up the harmonic resonance set up in the pipe cause it to continue to clank.
Hi there, We hold the same problem, but not contained by the same track. Were not on city water,we hold or own water powerfully. The faucet next to the dishwasher is the one that clear,s that awful noise , but resembling you say it's the hot hose down that does it , not the cold.I found that it was AIR within the line.I get to checking around the house and notice that the hot hose down heater would take home a noise sometimes. I drained the hot hose heater & cleaned it out & that fix the problem. Good luck to you & be not dangerous.
