Discolored hip bath? I need to know how I can bring a discolored grey...
I need to know how I can bring a discolored grey dull tub back to man white. Is there something I can purchase at Home Depot to do it myself?. I am desperately trying to cut the cost of have to call someone surrounded by to do this. Does anyone have a solution?
Try using Borax and a scrub pad. But expect to use deeply of elbow grease too.
Now, I seem to remember audible range about a product that can be used to refinish tubs and sinks. I don't know a in one piece lot about it, but if it is what I consider it is you should be able to find it at Home Depot or Lowe's.
Assuming the bathtub is enamel use bleach - live it contained by for 5-10 minutes, then scrub it beside a sponge and this should have cleaned it - If not after get some enamel paint and repaint the tub.
If the bathtub if fibre-glass consequently try one of the de-scaling solutions if this doesn't do the trick then it's time you procure another bathtub, as it's probably not enormously hygienic anyway - they shouldn't be too expensive.
Answers: I'm totally serious almost this. Coca Cola is VERY caustic, and will remove some extremely tough stains. Thats why it burns your throat (at tiniest mine) when you drink it in immense gulps, and it leaves a gritty feeling on your teeth afterwards. Yes, the carbonation burns a bit, but i know firsthand that Coke can turn lots of discolored things stern to white.
Make a cement of white vinegar, baking soda, and water. Rub it adjectives over the tub, allow it to set for 30 minutes, and scrub with a plastic scrubbie. Rinse and repeat, if called for.
