Delead a condo section? I made an offer to purchase a condo but during inspections...

I made an offer to purchase a condo but during inspections I found out that the section hadn't been deleaded. How bleak is it that it isn't deleaded? How would it affect my property value? How much does it cost to delead it? The building be built in 1927 and it be renovated in 2007.

Answers:    head based paints arent angelic, especailly if you have small children. Im not sure of the cost but near are real danger associated with front paint. if you have kids or will hold them its well worth the expense
