hi there. my husband put together a wood burning stove contained by our house. he and his brother put the piping going out of the house in upside down. my husband know its wrong, and knows his brother steered him within the wrong direction. now, there's creosote dripping down the side of the chimney, not simply making a mess, but you can smell it all throughout the house when we burn wood.
it's disgusting. my request for information is is it dangerous to breathe this stuff? and should my husband run apart the chimney so it's right??
Answers: I don't know about anyone dangerous to breathe, but the stuff is INCREDIBLY flammable. Hubby patently needs to go back over the chimney so he doesn't end up have to redo the HOUSE subsequent on after a fire!
I think it is poisonus coz it sounds close to it is and yes.
