Craftsman Garage Door opening... Where's the button?? I have a new remote 2 my garage door that im tryin...

I have a new remote 2 my garage door that im tryin 2 program. 1st sour i dont really no how you do that so i looked around and got some ideas. Well most of them involve pressing a "learn/smart" button or something approaching that on the ceiling unit. well I looked on it and theres NO buttons anywhere! The with the sole purpose thing I saw was 2 Blue knob things (but they dont stick out, youd enjoy to use a coin or something to turn them). Then theres no type of light on it anywhere. On the wall there is one big button that opens/closes i expect it has a green light on it. It have a button for the light & one that locks the garage. Then on the sensors at the bottom of the door, one has a green lantern the other has a yellowish/orange light. No buttons though! These are the individual things Ive found that go to it. Im not sure of the exact model. I know its a craftsman 1/2 hp. and the remote has that 139 # on it. the part didnt have a model number. just serial and made contained by 2001... so how do i do this?

what ever you do do not turn the blue buttons near slots they contain the motor brushes.
go to the door manufacturers trellis site and search for instalation manual/instructions.
