Cracked stucco on 6 month mature house? Contractors board says they enjoy to fix it. My husband...

Contractors board says they enjoy to fix it. My husband says the best track is to tool out the cracks and make them bigger than stuff it. Contractors board rep says it is better only just to patch and cover with elasti-meric (sorry don't know how to spell it) paint. We have paid for the elastic-meric paint, but they painted it next to crappy paint, so the house is cracking all over.

I requirement some advice...tooling or basically filling?

Thanks!
Answers:    Any product that cures (dries to stable solid) wishes the correct weather conditions. (paint, adhesives, concrete, etc.) If the productive work was done surrounded by too cold, too hot, too humid or whatever (bad) conditions consequently the problem sometimes can be irrepairable. Keep a record of the date the original work be done and look at the weather history in your nouns and compare it to the data sheet for application.
(if they tented and kept conditions stable this would not apply)
Most Stucco cannot be painted until it's cured (spec sheets will spell this and other info out for you) and near a compatible paint applied under flawless weather conditions.
All types of stucco and or concrete type products can crack while curing under smaller number than perfect conditions. (I'm sure some cracks are inevitable and must be repaired on a timely idea with the correct materials and lower than the right conditions) The manufacturer's rep should be called and an inspection should be done. All repairs should afterwards be done per spec---as far as how long to cure before doing repairs, what temperature and humidities for next 72 or doesn`t matter what hours, etc.
The correct way to spread cracks of substantial size is to undercut and then repair beside the correct material. Again the rep determines the correct fix but if it is not estetically pleasing next keep griping until it is fixed correctly. If it adjectives falls within specs (normal) though consequently it is just your problem and you should ask to see other work contained by the area to see what mundane truly is and you can kind of catch a reality check. Some population have unrealistic expectations. (it's easier said than done too keep track of adjectives I've written in this little hold)
contractors board only just want to get the career done as fast as they can, and as cheep as they can... they newly fill and paint and most of the time their not getting plenty material within the crack to repair it..dig it out bigger is better.stucco should not crack that in a hurry..may be a bigger problem underneath.keep over the contractor...u don't want water getting surrounded by those cracks.have them chip it out far-reaching and deep and enjoy them repaint .not just some little touch up where on earth it will recrack in 2 weeks
