I have a basement explicitly an aquatic hell.
There is a crack in one of the foundation walls and I get hold of pooling when it rains.
There is also a crack in the foundation slab and sea seeps up through that as well.
Being the class A geniuses we are, we didn't realize the water stains contained by the basement were sea stains and the sellers assured (screwed) us that there be only slight leaking during the heaviest rainfall storms.
Is there anything I can do to repair the slab?

Well you can repair the slab 100 times and with all odds It will do it again.
First of all lets look at the effect of the wall cracking. This could be from several reasons, from soil to bad drainage.I would look into home warranty and maybe consult legal council.
I will say here on the west side on Denver in that are numerous problems and lawsuits against builders.
I would most likely consult a soils engineer and enjoy him/her look at what you have going on.If you can search out the neighbors and they will testify willful omit you have a chance.
Most newer homes beside a known soil problem either use spread footers or caissons.
Consult an contrive

Answers: You need to install a sump pump, that will releive the river pressure pushing up and out the crack in your floor. Check that your gutters arent clogged and divert the water from the downspouts away from the house especially within the areas where you have the leak.
