This morning when I was walking out in the open foot on my living room floor (laminate wood) I noticed a hot spot within the middle of the floor like my dog have been sleeping nearby, but is still warm a few hours next. I had only woken up so no hot water be running through the pipes as I was the just one awake. Since it is laminate it would be easy to detect if in attendance was wet damage to the flooring but the planks look fine. I am not a building professional so I don't really know what this is or could be or what signs I stipulation to look for, it might be completely normal for adjectives I know. I do think that hose down lines go through this route as it would be surrounded by line beside the hot water radiator and the kitchen. Any experience, advice, or know-how that would help me is much appreciated. thank you contained by advance.
Answers: It could be hot river, even if you haven't been using it as you might own a circulating pump to keep hot sea available near the kitchen.
If it is only just one spot it probably isn't radiant floor heat so the other leeway would be a hot water pipe for any other radiant warmness, or if you have in-slab ducts it could be a vent that be covered by the flooring or even some concrete under that.
My house is built on a slab too and just now I found a warm spot within the hallway floor. Eventually I figure out the heat duct to the divergent bedroom ran directly underneath. You probably already thought of this, but I thought I'd throw it surrounded by, just contained by case.
