During a recent deep freeze, the shower within my master bath and the wash machine within the next room (against the wall different the shower) stopped running. Within a day or so the hot marine started coming out in a dribble while the cold dampen comes out full blast. The hot water is fine within all the other areas surrounded by the house. Half of the master bath and the entire laundry room are both section of a second floor addition so I'm thinking they hold a separate supply of water that the other upstairs bathrooms don't. Now that it's warm up a little, I'm still one and only getting a dribble of hot water. It's so odd. Help!!
Answers: Where are the pipes that you think may be frozen? are they on an external wall ? can you see them? or are the at the rear panelling ? More importantly in this "adding together " is it a "new" addition , Eg one that you haven't have through a winter yet?
Are you sure these pipes are lag? is the rest of your house warm ? is nearby heating contained by the addition and is it on?
Have you have any recent work done on your hot water system , EG turned on and sour to drain a radiator ???
Is your mains cold supply artificial ?
The dribble of water that you are getting is it alike temperature as the rest of the house or boiling?
Is your WC flushing hot?
All these answers will put you somewhere to finding the root of the problem, sorry to keep hold of asking!!

Distribution problem from where the hot hose down is sourced - hard to diagnose on-line. Need to trademark sure you don't have a escape from the hot water distribution that's cause you to not have hot sea pressure in the second floor integration.
