What could be the source of a constant running water nouns behind a wall surrounded by bathroom of a condo if there are no leak or wet spots or flooding but of late a constant sound?
Answers:    Since it is a condo within is likely use of somewhere surrounded by the structure at all times. The wet main would credible be common (everyone is hooked up to it), so any nouns generated at any point would verbs everywhere. Not likely that you enjoy a leak otherwise you'd distinguish it pretty quick. In the event that it is a outstandingly minor leak, however, ask yourself this: have the room been markedly more dank/damp than usual? Like when you get home after work when it hasn't be used for several hours? If yes, then here could be a very minor bleed somewhere. But minor leaks don't stay minor for long so hold management check it out.

Some other possibilities:
1) the flap within the toilet has started to warp
2) the washers contained by you tub/shower are starting to wear out

Doesn't take much hose down movement to translate into sound contained by the pipes.
Is your toliet running? Maybe the noise is coming from the other side of the wall, possibly there toliet is running
