Condensation from a PIPE? Hi I live in a Loft Building. I am on the later floor...

Hi
I live in a Loft Building. I am on the later floor (4) and I have a pipe which take the water from the roof coming through my room and going adjectives the way down to the bottom of the building. The roof have been repaired and adjectives the leaks as all right but everytime it rains or snow the entire pipe grasp a large amount of condensation. I read give or take a few lots of different solutions to the problem like insulation blankets, etc However the pipe is in part resting on one of the walls so wrapping around it currently is impossible. I have build a wooden cover to progress on top of it basically for now so I avoid any of files close by getting watter but I would like to numeral out a solution like some sort of wet resistant foam to spray inside the cover so it "wrapes around " the pipe or maybe some special foil? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Thank you

PS In some other forums I was told to use some sort of a neoprene pipe insulation but I haven't be able to find any
