Concrete/ Cement slab court - settled toward house? My concrete slab patio have started to settle. I think it...

My concrete slab patio have started to settle. I think it is around 10 years old, is more or less 8x12 feet rectangle, and (remarkable) have not cracked. It does have a sawn 'joint' within the middle.

BUT, it has settled toward the house, allowing the precipitation water to drain between the corner of the slab and an inside corner of the house. (The house forms two edges of the quad.)

I know that I can have it jackhammered out, re-leveled and re-poured, but would fairly know more about concrete lifting.

1) Do they enjoy to drill holes thru the concrete slab?
2) Does the jacking process crack the slab?
3) Because the low spot is in a corner, how insecure is this to the house itself?

Educated responses, please. I appreciate the feedback from people who do this for a living, hold priced it (and either did or rejected it), or other citizens who have worked near concrete.
Answers:    An area to check is the intersection between the slab and the house. It can be jacked up but....if the slab has setteled AND shifted toward the house after the house maay jam the slab when you jump to jack it. That could cause it to crack. Yes they drill holes into the slab and pump a slurry of concrete below to move the slab.

Yes.. typically requires drilling several holes thru the slab.
the slab COULD crack at that saw kerf "joint"

the only potential would be wet getting into the basement... which you'd probably see by immediately. If there be an Issue the jacking would probably come out on the exposed ends, unless there's something making the house foundation weak.

I'd call for a Concrete jacking company for an Estimate.... It might wind up cheaper to replace it.
