So... when I run my disposal, is just regurgitates a bunch of unlikeable ground up food and water into the other sink mixing bowl. It's disgusting. It looks like vomit. Now both basin of my kitchen sink are half-full of dirty water. I thought roughly trying to plunge it, but logically (since the two drains are obviously connected), I'd stipulation two plungers, one for each drain, right?

Will plunging even work? How the hell do I fix this?
Answers:    sounds more resembling the pipe is clogged. Not sure if you have tools, but the best opening to check is to get a bucket and pipe wrench and purloin the "U"- shaped piece loose under your sink. hold the bucket handy, cause the crap from the sinks will drain immediately on you if your not ready. Make sure you wage attention to how it comes apart so you can put it back together. If near is a clog of juck in this "U"-shaped pipe, dump it over and knock the clog loose, later put it back together.

If you attain a bucket full of water and crap from the pipe sticking out of the wall, you may have need of a plumbing snake to feed into the pipe and verbs it out.
Since it is coming up in the differing sink, it is the P-Trap or beyond that is clogged. Look lower than the sink for a U shape joint within the drain - after the two sink drains combine. That is the P-Trap. You can easily remove the trap by loosening the two nuts on it any with your fingers or next to a large twosome of pliers (like channel locks). Put a bucket below it first and just work it past its sell-by date. Clean out the trap then put it rear to together the same process it came apart. Hopefully that fixes it. If it doesn't you will own to snake the rest of the line or hire a pro to verbs it out.
