Clog resistant toilet newspaper? My new apartment have a toilet that is markedly easily clogged....

My new apartment have a toilet that is markedly easily clogged. I have a sneaking suspicion that that the toilet paper I use have something to do with it. Does anyone know of any specific brands of toilet treatise to use that won't clog the toilet as frequently?
Is this smell toxic/poisonous?
Get the munificent you use in trailers/ motor homes. It is made to work for the bathrooms surrounded by those.. it also costs a lot, though.

If it is that easy to clog it, in attendance is a problem and your landlord requests to fix it.

There is a wax ring on top of the flange that the toilet fasten to. It compresses when the toilet is set in place and seep into any area around that flange to trademark it. Some of that wax or other material is within the way and wishes to be taken out of there.

If he won't fix it, threaten to embezzle it to your local health department.
