I have tried the lint-eater ,but it couldn't negotiate the several sharp turns that this dryer vent has. Just a brief description from the dryer side vent go straight for about 2 inches and consequently goes vertically down for an inch and afterwards makes a sharp right turn. On the outside of the house it go straight for about 3 inches and next goes straight down. Anyone near advice on how to verbs this vent it's the main function on why my dryer takes so long to dry the clothes. Because when I disconnect the flexible hose from the dryer vent contained by the wall the clothes dry much faster.
First too long, second yes too many turns. Can you fall the first one to a 45 degree and next another to the pipe going out? On the outside remove the turn and leave it going straight out beside a cover and wire mesh to stop birds and fleas from entering and building nests.

Cleaning?? Well each turn will own a buildup of lint. We disassembled our pipe and cleaned every part. Yes mine is shorter but we replaced over partially the pipe (about 10 feet) due to obstructions and for some defence really hard to verbs out.
This worked best as we had verbs pipe. But I do have a reduced amount of turns than you. We have a 45 to a flex pipe for a few foot and then a straight run up to the 90 going to the outside vent.
Use some stranded steel wire, stiff but flexible-something resembling a plumber's snake'll do the trick. That'll knock it loose-maybe a shop vac can help to suck up some of the driftwood.

Good Luck!
Answers:    If you have a shop vac, put the vaccum hose into the exhaust port, and use the other finish off to blow out your dryer hose.
I hold never had this problem, but I would try a fern blower. There may be enough nouns volume to blow the lint out.
