Changing an outlet, want serve? well one of the outlets that we have that was adjectives...

well one of the outlets that we have that was adjectives charred black from a heater we have plugged in go out, causing the other outlets to shift out in the room. I took out that outlet and consequently turn the power back on, but still adjectives the outlets are dead, what do i call for to to get the power rear into the other outlets, i don;t need the one that blew out, so i plan to save it off and i don;t enjoy another outlet on hand.
On the fund of that outlet was two black and two white wires as all right as a copper one, please let me know of any warning and precautions i should be aware off,
Answers:    First of adjectives, you may be exposing yourself to an electrical fire. The outlet that blew is the first one in the flash from the panel. If you just moved out the wires exposed in the box and turned the breaker support on, you have a short circuit and fire waiting to take place. Turn the breaker off, next use a wire nut to connect adjectives of the blacks together, then adjectives of the whites, then adjectives of the grounds. If you have no intention of replacing the outlet, buy a blank cover for the box. Don't agree to this sit, fix it now. Good luck.
might_b: You are not too bright. First of adjectives it's not the voltage that kills you, it's the current. The human heart can be stopped or move about into defib with as little as .15amps. The smallest circuit within your house is 15amps. Do the math! House wiring have the potential to KILL you! Woodtick provided an excellent answer!
