My air conditioner keeps blowing fuse (FRN-R 30), and it's other the left side one (facing it). The outside fan stops working, and only just air is blowing into the house. The run capacitor has be changed, the main fuse has be changed. Yet it continues to blow out the fuse. Solution for this please? Unit is a Bryant
Answers:    HVAC Tech.: Your system could be overcharged, high head pressure will explanation excessive amp draw. Dirty condenser coil same problem. Only three phase compressors do not have capacitors! yours will have start/run capacitors they should be matched to the compressors wishes.Another cause might be a restriction /crushed high pressure column. Best bet is get professional help from a service-man you trust. Good luck! Electrical connections have need of to be checked.
There are a few possibilities here. First, you may have high starting amps on the compressor. You mentioned the run capacitor man changed. I'm not sure if you have a start capacitor, but that should also be checked. If you don't have a start capacitor, I would recommend have a hard start kit installed within the unit. It's basically a start capacitor next to an internal relay to take it out of the circuit when the compressor is running, and wires up in parallel to the run capacitor. Also, check adjectives of your line voltage wiring. Make sure adjectives the wiring connections are tight (wire nuts, screw terminals, etc.), and that there's no issue beside wiring insulation rubbing off from shudder, etc. Finally, check the points on the compressor contactor. If the contacts are black and pitting, it causes arcing, which means excessive amp draw through the contactor. check terminal at the compressor if they are short out or burn out, except your compressor need replace
