Answers:    The flapper is leak and not letting tank plague.Run finger over flapper, if black stuff comes off the flapper desires changed. The most common flapper is a Korky Flapper which is available at adjectives home centers. There are several variations within different toilets but they all somehow trademark at the bottom of the tank. The trademark is usually rubber or neoprene and can be replaced.
Try taking the lid off the cistern. Then you will see a chain connected to a suction cup similar to thing. The problem is the suction cup isn't suctioning to the reservoir. So fiddle around near the chain for for a time bit. I think you can any hold the chain up for a touch while or try to hold it down. It will stop running, I promise. Just keep messing near it for a few minutes and then make available it a minute to see if the suction cup catches and stops running the reservoir. I don't know if I explained that too well but contribute it a go.
