Hi
We have a 'Carron Cordon Bleu 4' Gas Cooker, chew over the model is about 30 years mature!
A) The hob ignition has not worked since we enjoy had it. There is a red button labeled ignition which doesn't work i.e. its loose and doesn't click or anything.
B) The small oven seem to sometimes ignite but is a small glow, as if the gas supply isn't channel up...
C) The large oven have ignited up until today. It very soon seems to do it sometimes and not others. Can hear it clicking but it doesn't ignite - sometimes.
D) The flames are mostly blue, near is a bit of yellow surrounded by there, not individual a gas expert is a bit of yellow ok?
Don't hold a manual, can't afford to replace it, would close to to get it ship shape to finishing a little longer. Probably wants a good verbs out, and the ignition taking apart, but some instructions would be good.....
Answers: The ignition will be any bad nouns or spark generator broken. The small oven needs a up to date flame supervision device. the large oven wishes the grease cleaning from the electrode. The flames are not too bad, if you attain a lazy candle looking flame, that is to say bad and should not be used.
Extra info: Sorry, but near all the problems it is going to be cheaper to procure a new cooker, cordon bleu are disreputably expensive, and the parts are difficult to locate, the labour will not be cheap any. You could easily be over lb300 to fix this.
I thought you be talking in the region of CORBIN bleu
