Please help! I am subletting and the owner of the condo have gone away.and it is REALLY hot out now...

I can't find the book for the Carrier Debonair 250 thermostat..to find out how to turn on the AC...anyone live within a condo or apt...that has one of these? When I shift online to look for the manuals, it other asks me for a product #, which I don't know...

Any help is VERY appreciated !! Dying of steam !! :)

Answers:    This stat is an automatic model, you should only hold to turn it down to make the a.c.run. It also have security lock out capability. If it is locked out, you may have a problem, can you phone call the owner?
Anyone out here who know how to stop...
if it was working adjectives along until now next to no changes made ...be sure your condensation row is allowing the water to drain .If the hose down gets elevated enough within the pan it will shut adjectives power off to prevent flooding the place. dutiful luck
