thank you within advance
the fan is blocked next to ice. IT wants to de defrosted..
pilfer every thing out and cover it after leave door plain and let it defrost with ease (never heat or force rime off near tools it can ruin the cooling coils). then drain out the marine that falls.
Frost Free means it have a fan inside - it does NOT be going to it will not need defrost.
**"Frost Free way it has a aficionado inside - it does NOT mean it will not want defrosting."**

HAHAHAHA That is exactly what "Frost Free" resources, that you should never have to defrost it yourself. It should do it automatically.
--------------------------------------...
You auto defrost is out of order. It could be the heater, the defrost bimetal (called the defrost terminator or limiter), or the defrost control. The control is a separate timer if it is repeatedly controlled or can be a separate board or part of the principal board if electronically controlled.
Amana bottom freezer units have a problem with an inspired defrost bimetal that would fail too repeatedly. The replacements were better.
Defrost it manually by turning it bad. This takes human being off for a few hours or most of a day and cleaning up the excess dampen.
Unseen to you behind the frost you see and the backbone panel the evaporator coils are solid ice. That have to melt too for it to start cooling again.
Then you are dutiful for most of a week until it ices up again. That should get you by until you can bring back it fixed.
Answers: Just want to put the idiots above me right. Frost-free method that a fan circulates the upper air never allowing it to settle long enough to freezer over. This finances that no frost or ice will ever build up, thus defrost is not an issue. Plus, it also means things similar to your peas won't ice up and stick together.
Now onto your problem:
It sounds close to you could possibly have a door trademark problem. Try blasting it with a fleece dryer on it's hottest setting. This causes the trademark to expand and pop back into shape, padding any holes. If this doesn't help, you may find that any the thermostat is not functioning correctly, or you have a compressor/gas issue. This would not be upright and would be costly to repair. Go to hoover.co.uk (they own the candy brand) and e-mail them with your problem. They may be capable of offer some insight...
check that the hole where the hose drains out is not blocked as this could cause it to rime up, also that the temperature is not too low. defrost it and put the food final in near space for air to circulate.
