The wax itself i have gotten past its sell-by date. It's just seem to be the oil residue from the candle moved out stained on the wood. Does anyone have any accepting tips on how to to remove it without cause more damage!?
I stipulation to get the stain fixed inwardly the next few days or the manager might hold back some of my deposit!
Answers: lay a piece of spongy cotton material over the spot, (an dated T-shirt is great, breed sure it's cotton) and take a thaw iron over the spot, this melts the wax & oil and the cotton will absorb it. Repeat til it no longer absorb, and it should be fine.
Fold a paper towel surrounded by half and lay it on the wax. Now warmness your iron and press it on the towel. Blot it several times. The towel should get showery where the wax is. Keep moving it around til you receive all the wax into the towel. Let it cool and if within is still some there, do it again. Just net sure you don't let the iron obtain too hot for the wood or it will warp the wood.
