I moved into a condo unit 2 1/2 years ago. Rust instigate coming out of pipes when turning on water. The inside pipes are supposed to be untried. I asked HOA and management to fix the problem 2years ago. They raise my dues last year 10% but did not fix the plumbing. Now they enjoy raised my dues another 20% and still enjoy not fixed the problem. I cannot pay the increase and the dune has begin to charge me late fees and interest. What is my recourse?

Answers:    They evidently enjoy no intention of fixing your problem. Bypass them and go directly to your local publc strength department and make a complaint.

I don't surmise you can withhold dues or any part of them for any explanation. Condo owners don't have lots rights. If you're unhappy, attend the subsequent owners' meeting and vote them out.
