Can you put up a adjectives roof within 0 point weather? ...

Answers:    Yes, it's done all the time. A roofing company should be doing this - catch a minimum of 3 estimates from 3 recommended companies and check them out with your Better Business Bureau and if it's a coalition company then you check next to union to see if within are any financial or legal problems beside the company of your choice. Toss out the lowest & highest estimates (the low one probably hasn't priced it right and will come posterior for more money and the high one probably have enough work on the turn but will do the job if the price is right). Make sure you own a contract and don't give adjectives your money up front - I have a friend contained by Virginia that did not follow any of my suggestions & gave $80,000,00 up front & the work go well for a couple of weeks after the contractor left the country. The sheriff couldn't backing them because they couldn't find the contractor. It's not really the temperature specifically the problem here (I live in Canada) it's the materials that are person used and very repeatedly they don't work in really cold warmth. 0 degrees isn't terrifically cold for roofing - check with a roofer who may decline the work if it's to be done January/February and the heat is maybe -20 degree.
you sure can, it'll just suck doing it!
